Really good Hotel Experience
warm welcome large room comfortable beds
Leo welcomed us warmly at reception. The room was quite large and comfortable. I found the beds and pillows particularly good. The hotel's location near Fisherman's Wharf is beneficial, especially as it is just a short walk to Pier 39.
I found the lack of available amenities disappointing. I expected items such as toothbrushes and slippers to be readily available in the room. It was inconvenient that these items were not provided.

The hotel is conveniently located near several dining options. A burger restaurant is just around the corner. A pizza restaurant is next door, providing easy access to meals.

slow elevator outdated room
the location worked fine for what i needed.
The condition of this place is unacceptable. the elevators were slow. I thought i would be stuck. i even had to ask for more towels since only one was in the room.

urine smell old carpet
The room was okay. it was not very clean and had a strange smell. Possibly urine. the carpet seemed quite old. we loved the location. But the experience was not ideal.
